William (Sang Y.) Lee is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in NY & NJ and an IRS Enrolled Agent. He brings a strong background in taxation, mortgage, real estate, banking, and financial analysis to his practice, serving both individuals and small businesses with precision and integrity.
William’s professional experience spans roles in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Shinhan Bank America in New York City. Earlier in his career, he developed mortgage, lending and real estate expertise through positions at Central Bank Mortgage and Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) in Washington.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Washington University, where he built the foundation for his work in tax compliance, financial reporting, and business advisory.
